In the construction and infrastructure space, Josh works closely with developers, contractors, asset owners and builders on contract drafting, project delivery and disputes. He has particular experience helping businesses navigate risk allocation, variations, security of payment and termination issues under standard-form and bespoke contracts.

Josh brings specialist insight into the manufacturing and mining services sectors, having spent an extended period working exclusively for a leading mining services and engineering company. He now supports OEMs, distributors, fabricators and suppliers across the full supply chain, providing clear and commercially-focused advice on contracts, procurement, compliance and disputes.
